Our work in the rail industry spans more than 20 years. From feasibility through to design, build, installation and maintenance, our specialist Rail Engineering team are endorsed by over 200 RISQS codes, our Principal Contractors Licence and a no compromise approach to safety in all our works, at every stage of a project.
Electrical and Mechanical
Our Electrical and Mechanical services range from station and depot relighting, infrastructure rewires, call systems and fume extraction to station services, ticket halls and automated systems, lift works and fire alarms. In addition, we offer pipe fitting, HVAC and gas services, duct works as well as fuel, oil and air installation.
Power
Our HV Infrastructure and Connections capabilities extend from 415LV up to 33kV. Our services include design, build, operation and maintenance across all existing and new distribution networks, including primary / distribution substation design, delivered by our own accredited and approved in-house resources. This includes 24-hour emergency call out and diagnostic testing as well as AC/DC protection.
Building Fabric
At Enerveo, we provide a multi-discipline solution to building fabric works. We carry out the design and build of station and depot improvements, including upgrade and refurbishment works to platforms, canopies, plant rooms and signal equipment rooms (SERs), plus new building constructions compliant with Access for All (AFA) and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

What We Do
We work with Network Rail, Transport for London, as well as train and freight operating companies to support the electrification of the UK’s railways to meet the Government’s carbon targets.
Our expertise ranges from in-house design and commissioning capability to delivery and project close-out. Our highly qualified staff are supported by senior authorised engineers for HV, a provision of safety critical staff as well as multiskilled maintenance staff and jointers.
