- Full Coma agreement to control and operate all high voltage (HV) infrastructure
- Remedial attendance within four-hour national response window to address faults and alarms
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
- Protection testing oil sampling inspection shutdown and invasive maintenance routines
- Non-invasive critical asset maintenance regime including oil sniffing and thermal imaging and partial discharge monitoring at source points as routine functions
- Oil analysis including breakdown potential and acidic contamination
- Staffed by our direct workforce including Senior Authorised Engineers, Technicians and Fitters, in each of our seven regions
