Delivery Approach

Delivery Approach

Turnkey solutions

Our delivery approach harnesses our position as a market leader, offering our customer a single source solution which optimises both national coverage and local delivery expertise with an emphasis on collaboration, HSE performance and operational excellence.

Enerveo allocated designated resource to the project including a National Contracts Manager and a broad team of project managers and local delivery and administration teams.

Together we grow and prosper

Our National Contracts Manager works in collaboration with our client team to determine a schedule of sites to be inspected across the UK prior to the start of each calendar year facilitating distribution of a mutually agreed programme geographically to designated project managers.

Training and induction

All electricians engaged with the work are frequently monitored and inspected to ensure compliance with the scope of work and stringent client safety standards.

At Enerveo, our mantra is ‘Safety for all, it’s non-negotiable’.

SHEQ is paramount and at the heart of a bespoke training and induction platform that has been developed in collaboration with our client to ensure a holistic and robust understanding of client sites and facilities, risks, control measures, technical requirements, and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).

Every day, quality drives us forward

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported on and monitored formally via monthly and annual reviews.

KPIs bespoke to the contract are broad in nature and include technical, health and safety, financial, administrative, planning and reporting detail.

Monthly meetings are held by our National Contracts Manager and the Aggregate Industries Inspections &  Compliance Supervisor with regional project managers and administrators from both organisations in attendance focussing on progress, performance, programme, learning experiences, synergies, and continuous improvement.

Accessibility of information and transparent reporting

Once activity has been completed, documentation and acquired test information is formally reviewed, collated and archived to facilitate the development of a comprehensive and bespoke status report.

Innovation and valued engineering

Enerveo maintain our own SIATS inspection and test software capable of producing bespoke EICRs and schematic drawings which has proved invaluable to our client.

We can provide statistical information for all client sites focused on key customer metrics, such as failure of isolators, which are an important aspect of their Aggregate Industries low voltage electrical infrastructure.

Challenges and solutions

Flexibility and adaptability

We adopt a flexible working approach focused on adaptability, delivering services during working hours and those specified by the client to minimise or avoid disruption. This in turn helps us to support our customer with maintaining productivity and achieving their production targets.

Client technical standard

Client standards often exceed the requirements of BS7671 and our service delivery includes the use of bespoke low ohmmeters and other niche equipment needed to meet the high technical standard Aggregate Industries require.

Enerveo developed a contract-specific training and induction platform in collaboration with our client to provide comprehensive understanding of their standards, requirements, risks and control measures.

Traffic management on large quarry sites

Mutually agreed safety controls were implemented which included the use of client communication systems to ensure safe and unhindered movement of Enerveo vehicles across Aggregate Industries sites and the use of vehicle safety features such as buggy whips and flashing beacons.

Quote marks

‘Enerveo has been working with Aggregate Industries for eight years, completing EICR and lightning protection testing across numerous assets and several hundred locations.

"In addition to the above, we have also requested further work including thermographic surveys and on occasion, PATs for some sites.

"In this period of time, Enerveo has developed a strong relationship with central and site personnel and completed work to a high standard. Enerveo have always been willing to accommodate additional requests from site and are always conscious of the production requirements of the business".
